Alüminyum Sülfat Toz Şap 1KG

Alüminyum Sülfat, endüstriyel ve ticari alanlarda yaygın olarak kullanılan bir bileşiktir. "Toz Şap" olarak da bilinen bu ürün, su arıtma, kağıt üretimi ve kozmetik gibi çeşitli sektörlerde kritik bir rol oynar. Renksiz veya beyaz kristal formda olan Alüminyum Sülfat, bazı endüstriyel üretimlerde demir ve diğer safsızlıklar içerebileceğinden sarımsı ya da yeşilimsi bir renkte de olabilir. Sulu çözeltisi asidik özellik gösterir ve su içerisinde çok iyi çözünür.

Bu kimyasal, sülfürik asit ve alüminyum hidroksit kullanılarak "Giulini prosesi" ile üretilir. Ayrıca bazı bölgelerde kömür madenciliği sırasında oluşan şistlerin sülfürik asit ile işlenmesi sonucu da elde edilmektedir. Alüminyum Sülfat, geniş bir kullanım alanına sahiptir ve farklı endüstriyel proseslerde önemli bir rol oynar.

Kullanım Alanları:

Şap olarak bilinir ve su arıtma tesislerinde çökeltme maddesi olarak kullanılır.
Kağıt üretiminde pıhtılaştırıcı ajan ve pH kontrol maddesi olarak görev alır.
Bulanık suyun arıtılması için içme suyu ve endüstriyel atık su arıtma tesislerinde etkin bir çözümdür.
Kağıt boyutlandırma işlemlerinde hasıllama maddesi olarak kullanılır.
Kozmetik sektöründe terlemeyi önleyici spreylerin üretiminde tercih edilir.
Porfiri bakır-molibden yataklarında ve demir sülfit, bakır sülfit cevherlerinde molibdenit geri kazanımında kullanılır.
Boya uygulamalarında kağıda yapışmayı sağlamak için reçine haşıllamasında kullanılır.
Ham suyu arıtmak için flokülant olarak demir 3 klorür ile birlikte işlem görür.
