Asit Borik - Borik Asit H₃BO₃ 1 KG

Asit Borik veya diğer adıyla Borik Asit (H₃BO₃), doğada doğal olarak oluşan ve Dünya'da en fazla Türkiye'de bulunan bir bileşiktir. Beyaz kristal yapıya sahip olan bu madde, bor elementinin zayıf ve monobazik özellikteki bir Lewis asididir. Ortoborik asit, borosik asit ve hidrojen borat olarak da bilinir.

Kimyasal olarak kolemanit cevherinin sülfürik asit ile reaksiyonu veya boraksın mineral asitle işlenmesi sonucunda elde edilir. Borik Asit, su ve alkolde çözünebilme özelliğine sahiptir ve geniş bir kullanım alanına sahiptir. Ayrıca ahşaplarda ıslak ve kuru çürümeyi önleme ve yok etme özelliği ile bilinir.

Kullanım Alanları:

Seyreltik çözelti formunda göz yıkama solüsyonu olarak kullanılır.
Antibakteriyel ajan olarak tıbbi uygulamalarda tercih edilir.
Dış kulak iltihabı tedavisinde çözelti formunda kullanılır.
Bor kaynaklı herbisit üretimi ve yapay gübre üretiminde görev alır.
Böcek ilacı, antiseptik ve koku giderici olarak yaygın bir şekilde kullanılır.
Fırın camları, laboratuvar cam malzemeleri ve cam elyafı gibi özel tip cam üretiminde kullanılır.
