Ürün Özellikleri
- Soya Wax, soya fasulyesi yağından yapılan bitkisel bir balmumudur.
- Soya Wax'ın içeriğinde %100 hidrojenize edilmiş soya yağı mevcuttur.
- Kap içi mumlar ve aromaterapi mumları için uygundur.
- Yandığında is veya duman yapmaz.
- Soya Wax'ın erime derecesi 70°C'dur.
- Krem yada açık krem diyebileceğimiz renktedir.
- Kendine has hafif doğal soya kokusu vardır.
- Hasat edildikten sonra, fasulyeler temizlenir, çatlar, gövdeden arındırılır ve pullara yuvarlanır. Yağ daha sonra pullardan çıkarılır ve hidrojene edilir.
- Hidrojenasyon işlemi, yağdaki bazı yağ asitlerini doymamışdan doymuşa dönüştürür. Bu işlem, yağın erime noktasını önemli ölçüde değiştirerek oda sıcaklığında katı hale getirir. Kalan fasulye kabukları genellikle hayvan yemi olarak kullanılır.

- Kırık plakalar şeklindedir ve raf ömrü 2 yıldır. Soya Wax'a Stearik Asit (Starin)vb. bir sertleştirici eklediğinizde ürün doğallığını kaybetmiş olacaktır. Çünkü Stearik Asit doymuş bir yağ asididir. Soya Wax'da çökme gözlenmez ya da çok az gözlemlenebilir.

Soya Wax İle Mum Nasıl Yapılır?
- Soya Waxl'arı benmari usulü eritmek için uygun bir kabı su ile doldurup ocağa alın.
- Soya Wax'ları benmari usulü eritin, katı parçaların kalmaması için eriyen soyaları karıştırmayı ihmal etmeyin.
- İstenilen renge göre mum boyaları ve mum esanlarımızdan ekleyebilirsiniz.(Esans oranı %3-%5)
- Kullanacağınız kaplara fitilleri yerleştirin. Fitillerin tutacakları ortada sabit kalmalarını sağlar. Eğer yapışkanlı tutacakları yoksa bir mum eritip kabın dibine damlatarak tutacağı ortaya sabitleyin.
- Benmari usulü erittiğiniz Soya Wax'ı kabın içine dökün. Fitilin tam ortada dik bir şekilde durmasına dikkat edin.
- Fitilin uzun kalan kısmını kestikten sonra mumunuzu oda sıcaklığında 1 gece bekletin.
